The Program
This 8-week program is designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming hockey season through high-level off-ice performance training. Each week focuses on a key area of athletic development, including speed, agility, power, strength, conditioning, and recovery, helping athletes build a complete foundation for success on the ice.
Our goal is to maximize every athlete’s potential by developing transferable skills that directly impact game performance. The program emphasizes explosive speed, quick decision-making, body control, and overall athleticism — all essential components of the modern hockey player.
A major focus of the program is speed development and strength training. Speed training helps athletes accelerate faster, create separation from opponents, and improve overall skating explosiveness. Strength training builds lower-body power for stronger strides, better balance, puck protection, and improved durability throughout the season.
