Welcome to our 2019 Pre Tryout Camp.
This program was desgined by Michael Farrugia, OHC Program director. Michael will focus on all the areas needed to gain the tryout edge. Speed and Agility are huge assets in tryouts and our program will have a high focus on those skills. It is essential that during tryouts players can adapt quickly and pick up the most complex drills. Our Pre Try out program will offer the most advanced drills that will require game like thinking and split decsion thiking that will help you stand out!!
Our Pre-Tryout program is a 5 Day camp, and we will be offering a workout program ran by Josh Gilham from Hybrid Fitness. Josh as you know works with the OHL Petes and will certainly be able to get your body ready for tryout process!!!
This program is limited to 20 spots
