Welcome to our 2019 Pre Tryout Camp.
This program will be ran and designed by Michael Farrugia, OHC Program director. Michael will focus on all the areas needed to gain the tryout edge. Speed and Agility are huge in tryouts and we will focus most on those areas. It is essential that during tryouts players can adapt quickly and pick up the most complex drills, we will offer drills that will require a lot of thinking and timing.
Our Pre-Tryout program is a 5 Day camp, and we will be offering a workout program ran by Josh Gilham out of Hybrid Fitness. Josh as you know works with the OHL Petes and will certainly be able to get your body ready for tryout process!!!
